Little Rock, Arkansas

Okay, now that we're all calm...
I just wanted to let you all know that we're fine, safe, and in a hotel. Not the greatest hotel ever, but it's okay. We're in Little Rock, Arkansas, staying in a Holiday Inn Express. The good thing is that there's a really awesome pool over at the Holiday Inn, so we've been over there a few times. Jacin and I have basically been in the room, watching TV. This TV is probably the most pathetic excuse for a TV I've ever seen! It doesn't even have any kid channels! They have like TBS so I can watch friends, but Jacin and I were stuck watching Seinfeld and Will and Grace. Mom was like, "I don't know if I want you watching this... but what the heck, there's nothing else." So we've been bored out of our minds. On the way here, Jacin broke the TV in the car, and two DVD's got stuck in there, so we had to buy a screwdriver and get them out. So now we have a DVD player, and we're renting BIG DADDY today! (If there is anyone who has not yet bought me a present, please get me the Big Daddy DVD! I've been looking all over, but it's a 1999 movie, so it's hard to find. Adam Sandler and Dylan and Cole Sprouse when they were 6!) Jacin and Dad are gone to go check out whether we have a house or not today. I only hope Play-Doh is fine... and that I can use my computer soon. My dad is ONLY letting me do this because I told him it was for family. But I can't check Mugglenet or anything!!! Hmm... if anyone could possibly go on Mugglenet for me and copy & paste the news on the home page for me in an e-mail to my mom, PLEASE do that! It would be greatly appreciated...

So I will update as soon as I have more info regarding our house and our cat later... that is, IF somebody gets me that Mugglenet news. I NEED it. All you would have to do is go to www.mugglenet.com and copy and paste all the news on the home page (highlight all information, right click [or left click for Reeo], and click copy. Then paste into an e-mail to my mom! Thank you!

HURRICANE

Oh my God, we're all freaking out. I WOULD tell you how my birthday party went, but there's a flipping CATEGORY 5 hurricane coming RIGHT AT US. We're going to Arkansas. This place stinks. Anyway, we're packing so I gotta go. I don't know how long I'll be gone for...

Note: Sorry, I wrote this when I was really scared and we were about to leave. I edited it.

July 25- Walking with the ladies

July 25- Walking with the ladies

I got up at 6 to og "walking with the ladies." Jacin went too. Most of the time we were quoting Harry Potter, which I think drove Reeo and Linda insane.
Julie dropped Brennan off at Reeo's, and we played with him. Then Mom and Jacin left for the beach. So I stayed and played with Brennan. He loved it when I chased him around the house saying, "I'm gonna get you!" Haha. He still says. "Hi Jacquelyn, hi Grammy" every five minutes. It's cute. Great Grammy and Linda came over for lunch while Brennan was napping. We talked about the stupid things we used to do a long time ago, including one I've never heard: Great Grammy once pretended she was mentally retarded, going "Duuuh" and all that. It was funny. They left after Brennanwoke up, and I went on Neopets to rank up some points for Molly. I was under strict orders from her that I's better get her 5,000 NP before she came over. So I did that while Reeo took Brennan out to "pat the tractor." FOUR TIMES. He loved it! then we brought him in the pool. It was fun. He had another nap, while Reeo and played Polish Poker, and then Julie came to pick up Brennan.
Mom and I went to pick up Molly from her house. We got Subway and went home. Then we played Neopets for a while. Molly wanted to read my magazines, so I let her. Molly didn't know who any of the stars were; we just kind of agreed on how ugly the clothes were. Then we went to bed, getting ready for a fun day at the mall the next day. At least, we thought...

Sorry I didn't have any pictures from this day.

July 24, 2005- Another day with Molly
Molly woke me up at 6. We had donuts for breakfast and then went for a walk to the bookstore to get ice cream. I got black rasberry (my absolute FAVORITE!) and Molly got Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Then we got Molly a HARDCOVER copy of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire for $8.50!! And we also got her a HP poster book for $2! And most importantly, NO TAX! Now THAT is something I could get used to... Then Molly and I stopped by Jeremy and Tammy's to see them and Cooper. We took pictures with Cooper! He's so cute! Molly and I went to the prak and back to her house again. Overall, it was really fun and I love hanging out with Molly. It's kinda weird because over the course of the vacation, I was either with people at least three times my age or half my age! But it was fun.
We left for Reeo's (with Brennan yelling, "Grammypapa, grammypapa!"). We had lunch and went in the pool. Papa asked us if we wanted ice cream. The absolute WORST day to ask that, seeing as we had already HAD ice cream that day. But, us being kids, we said sure. We went to Memories, and I got Red Rasberry Sorbet (MMMm!) and Molly got coffee. I didn't even know she LIKEd coffee! I mean, seriously, she's 8! then we went to get in the car. There were 5 black cars lined up in front of Memories, so I opened the door of "ours." There was a bike in the backseat, and I was thinking how it could've gotten there in 5 minutes. Then some guy came up to me and was like, "Wrong car." I'm so stupid sometimes... Molly hurt her side because she was laughing and fell into the car and banged into the DVD player.
At Reeo's, Molly and I played the scare game in the theater because it's really dark in there. Molly and Brennan had to leave then. I worked on Reeo's Goblet of Fire synopsis (which I sadly have not finished yet, Reeo...). Then we all "retired to Reeo's room," as Reeo puts it.

The Morrisons

Or (because it was mostly about me because I didn't really SEE any other Morrison that day) just Jacquelyn

I might not be able to update until next weekend because Mom has this really dumb rule that we can't go ont he computer during the week. Luckily, I probably won't have homework tomorrow, so I can weasel an hour or two out of her... During my busy school year, I usually have to wait a whole flipping week without the computer. And knowing how much I like to go on message boards, things will be pretty backed up on there.

I might get Mom to update. Then again... naaah. She won't do it right. I don't TRUST her to do it right. So you'll just have to wait a week. Toodeloo!

JESSE MCCARTNEY CONCERT!

As you may know, my dad took me and my friend Gillian to a Jesse McCartney concert on August 9th. It was the best night of my life! I REALLY WISH I had some pictures here to show you, but sadly, I don't... Jesse McCartney Online is not currently working, but when it does I will put some pictures on here. They're bound to have some because they come up with pictures of EVERYTHING! Anyway, it was SO much better than the CD! They added a lot of guitar and drums, so it was more rock-ish. I loved that. My friend Gillian was literally in tears when he called this girl up on stage and sang to her and stuff. Silly Gillian. She's obviously never been to a concert before...
If you want to hear somewhat what the concert sounded like, go to www.hollywoodrecords.go.com/jessemccartney/. Click enter site if it doesn't automatically come up. Click on MEDIA and then Beautiful Soul (TRL). That was from when he performed on MTV's TRL (Total Request Live). It's the closest I could get, but it's still acoustic, so it's only an acoustic guitar and him singing. But that's what he sounds like live with the exception that the screaming was about a million times louder.

Also, Jacin and I started school Friday. It was fun, and I have a lot of classes with a lot of my friends, but they messed up my schedule. I have TWO history classes! One gifted, one non-gifted, and no PE. So I've gotta get that fixed... Other than that, it went well. I also slept over my friend's that night after the movie at the library (they have a movie every second Friday in a month).

Well, I gotta go now because I have to watch a NEW episode of The Suite Life! Here's a picture for those who have absolutely NO idea who the Sprouse twins are (my latest obsession):

Here is a 15 second clip of the show. Reeo, you haven't seen it.

And here is a 58 second clip of the show. Reeo, you have NOT seen this one. It's funny.

http://www.tslzone.com/v2/videos.php?video=17&episode=13

Okay, well, I must go now!

This was mainly about Jacquelyn, so I will not call it from The Morrisons.

July 23- Molly's "friend" party

July 23- Molly's "friend" party
We woke up around 6 AM and played Polish Poker. It's this really awesome game DeeDee showed us last winter. She learned it from her friends in Nevis.
At around 11, Mom and I left and we stopped at the book store on the way to Molly's. I got two books. Time Windows (which, by the way, Reeo, I finished and am sending it to you pronto) and a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants book. I love those books.
When I got there, Molly was setting up for her party. We went to Subway for lunch. That was really hilarious because the lady was like dead. She was in the back with her hand on her chin, leaning on the counter. It was sooooo funny. And to add to the slowness, they couldn't wait on us; they had to wait on this really ugly old woman who would basically beat them up if they didn't get their subs.
Then we went back to Molly's for the party. Long story short, it was fun, and Molly had a good time for most of it. She did cry when the Pixi Stix broke inside the pinata though. Who in their right mind puts Pixt Stix in a PINATA, where people are constantly hitting it. OBVIOUSLY they're going to break! No offense to Julie and Sean... Anyway, Molly's friends were really cute. Marley was so funny and hyper. I never really realized how little kids can become fascinated by the littlest things sometimes. They found the growing sponges incredible and 'like magic.' I think I gave mine to somebody.
Molly and I played Neopets for basically the rest of the day. We had those pigs ina blanket for dinner, and Reeo's recipe for carrote in maple syrup. They were really good! Then we watched Lemony Snicket's The Series of Unfortunate Events, but the DVD was messed up and it stopped about halfway through.

BY THE WAY, THIS DAY WAS ALSO DANIEL RADCLIFFE'S 16TH BIRTHDAY!!

July 22- Minigolfing and tongues

July 22-
After watching Regis and Kelly out on the porch, Mom went to pick up Jacin and Lucas from Luke's house. We all went to Lena's for lunch. Jacin and Lucas were VERY tired. Here's an example of how tired they were:

Haha. Anyway, we saw Munny, Linda, Marylin, and Great Grammy at Lena's (if I spelled their names wrong... forgive me, or tell me and I'll fix it). Then we went minigolfingright next to Lena's. I WON! Reeo bought us all Slushie's after, and we got a lady to take a picture of our tongues. She must've thought we were crazy, asking her to take photos of our tongues! But we did, and it was funny. The second picture is the "tongue picture."
Reeo and I went to see Julie at the office to discuss Molly's present issue. We then went home and watched home videos of Jacin, Lucas, and me up at Camp Iona, doing our little plays and such. Luke was the "singer" of our "band." As Reeo said, the people across the lake from us must've thought someone was being murdered or something of the sort, because Lucas was screeching really loud. It was very funny. Here's how the song went:

"Come on and join the buuuuuuus
Come on and join the bus with uuuuus
Come on and JOIN the BUS with uuuuuus."

Haha. And it went on and on... We're going to show his future girlfriend to embarrass him. That should be fun...
We left for dinner at The Old Salt. Actually, the part we stayed in wasn't called The Old Salt, it was called something else, but I forgot what it WAS called. Anyway, I got steamers. We went home and went in the pool. Then I watched two episodes of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody! That show rocks! But then, basically, we all retired to Reeo's room like usual...

As you can probably tell, I have now discovered the colored text! So I wanted to test it out. And I think it looks pretty cool, don't you??

Let's see... yesterday we did... nothing. Today we're doing... nothing. It's all good. I actually HAVE been working on my basketball more. We have this thing called 30-30. 30 minuter per day on saxophone, 30 minutes per day on basketball. On the saxophone, I have perfected the James Bond theme song, the Harry Potter theme song, and the Austin Powers theme song (which is the hardest of the three, in my opinion). Now I'm working on the other James Bond songs in my James Bond book, and I'm also trying to do this extremely fast classical thing. It's cool, but not my type of music to play with the saxophone. I like jazz and funk.
I haven't seen any movies since we've been back, but I am starting today to get back on my Friends track, trying to actually view EVERY episode in order (Friendly video has all the box sets). As for shows: SUMMERLAND has been cancelled, I still watch The Suite Life, which is on, by the way, at 7, 6central, tonight! Hint hint, wink wink. My mom has been watching the Food network and 20:20 a lot lately. There was one on last night about this autistic girl who couldn't talk, but she could play piano. It was really good, actually. Dad and Jacin still watch ESPN every. single. day. Oh well...
Reeo, I started reading The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio! It's a really good book so far. I just got past the part where they go on the shopping spree. Mom says she probably won't read it because Reeo read about half of it to her already... Anyway, she's reading a book that she's had on hold for A YEAR. It's called The Blue Bistro, by Elin Hinderbrand. It's about some resteraunt in Nantucket, supposedly. And Reeo, you better get crackin' on HBP!!!

Well, I gotta go. More later!

More later

Hello, I will post more tomorrow. If you must know why, it's because it just so happens to be Dylan and Cole Sprouse's birthday (Reeo, they're from the Suite Life of Sack and Cody, that show you hated)! They're 13 today, and I'm celebrating by having a Suite Life marathon! So that's why.

pix

Molly at her "friend" birthday party (8).
Brennan at Flatbread Pizza (1).
McCarthy at Pizza Hut (2).
The 5some of cousins. The babies are new, but this 5 knew each other forever. The babies are still getting to know us. From left to right: Me (14), Jacin(10), Julian(7), Luke(12), and Molly(8).
Amber (3). She's only my third cousin, so I don't see her much. I remember her from Great Grandpa's funeral last winter. She was dumping fruity pebbles back and forth from one cup to another. GROSS... But yeah, so we saw her.

Those were pictures just so you non-family people to get a glimpse of what the cousins look like as I talk about them.

July 21- Seeing Molly and Cooper

The first picture is of Cooper and me. The second picture is my absolute FAVORITE picture of Cooper EVER! He's so cute.

July 21, 2005
After we woke up, Reeo and I went down to Dunkin Donuts to get donuts and coffee.
We all just hung around the house until Aunt Linda showed up with Amber. Amber was very shy at first, but we eventually got her talking. We went to the water feature to feed the "pish."
They left, and Mom and I went to drop Jacin off at Luke's house. We went in and talked to Heather. Luke's friend Eric was there, and so was Heather's scrapbooking friend (or "crapbooking," as Lucas calls it) Taylor. She's my age.
After Heather's, Mom and I went to go visit Donna. We saw Kayla (she's gonna be a SENIOR!!!). Kayla had to wake Donna up because she was sleeping while the kids were takign a nap. We sat outside and talkeduntil the boys got up. I met Jack and Austin, who were so funny, and then Brennan came out. He's changed a LOT! And he knew my name even before he saw me! Now he has a lot of blonde hair, and he can talk a lot. He also had a burn on his face from Donna's couch. The kids basically BURIEd me in blankets and pillows.
At 5, Jeremy and Tammy showed up with Cooper. I played with Cooper for a while, and then Julie, Sean, Molly, and Brennan came. Molly was surprised to see me, because they hadn't told her I would be there. For dinner, we had leftover canneloni (again, blame it on my mom), oriental coleslaw, ribs (Reeo's ribs are the best!), and pasta salad.
For the rest of the night, I was playing with Molly on Neopets, and Brennan was following me around, "Hi Jaquelyn, hi Jacquelyn!" Molly invited me to sleep over after her party on Saturday.
I pretty much frced Reeo to watch the entire tape of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody I have. The was... indifferent... to the show. She thought it was funny in a way, but still dumb. I guess she's right, but I still like it!

July 20- plane, dinner, bed

Hello, we are back! And our plane did not crash once. After watching Cast Away, I was almost sure our plane would crash... but it didn't. So we are home and safe. And tired. But that's beside the point. Anyway...

July 20th, 2005
We woke up at 4 and arrived at the airport at around 6. We got ont he plane (United Airlines) to Chicago, and then to Boston. We found Mo, our driver. He was wicked nice, and he had a really noticable Northern accent. My mom uses the word reveire (reveiah) to explain it. But anyway, he took us to Reeo and Papa's house.
Great Grammy and Peter came over to visit. The above picture is of Uncle Peter, Me, and Great Grammy sitting on the couch in the pool room. Heather, Rob, and McCarthy came over for dinner; we had salad and canneloni (my mom said that's how you spell it, but if it's not right, blame it on HER). We all sat in the pool room and watched McCarthy swim. Peter and Grammy left. Mom, Reeo, Jacin, and I played Polish Poker. Jacin won.
Then we all basically just went to bed after the tiring day of being in the air.

More later.

Intro

Hello, this is our blog. We will be recording our daily adventures here. Two years ago, we moved to Louisiana from New Hampshire. (By the way, Jacquelyn is the writer here.) I'll tell you the rest of our "exciting life story" when I get the chance because right now we're in New Hampshire visiting relatives. It's been a great visit so far, but today we're trying to get a family picture with all 8 cousins. Boy, it'll be funny to see how that turns out... I will update more when we get home. Home, home. As in, in Louisiana. Great. And we also start school in 10 DAYS! PREPOSTEROUS! But as Reeo says, life goes on. So... *changes voice to weird voice* I vill be back! Cackle, cackle.
